- 'Member' means a Incard member with a current membership number.
- 'You' and 'your' means you in the capacity of Member.
- 'Services' means the discounts and other benefits provided by businesses participating in the Program to Incard for use in the Program.

- Use of the Card by you constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, which shall govern use of the Card and the provision of the Services. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the Card.
- The Card remains the property of Incard Pty Ltd.
- Incard may, from time to time, change or add to this website, including the information, products or services contained herein, and will endeavour to provide Members with as much prior notice as possible of any change. In any event, your continued use of this website will constitute acceptance of the variation.

- Under no circumstances will Incard be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including (for businesses providing Services in the Program) damages, loss of business, or other profits arising in relation to use of the Program, website materials or linked materials.

Electronic Listings and Advertisements
- Incard does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of any listing or advertisement published, and disclaims all liability to advertisers, Members and readers of any kind of loss or damage as a result of inaccuracy, error or omission. The only type of liability Incard will accept is when the terms and conditions of the Service offered are adhered to. (Please see below)
- Each business providing Services in the Program that lists the Services offered on this website shall own the copyright in the listing or the advertisement.
- The linked websites on this website are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. Links to linked websites should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation, or preference by Incard of the owners or operators of those sites, or of any information, products or services referred to on those sites.

Personal Information
- When transacting with you Incard may ask you for your name, email, Incard membership number and password so that you can accurately be identified.
- All information once submitted to Incard automatically becomes the property of Incard. This includes Mobile Phone Numbers and e-mail Addresses that may be used to notify Members of coming promotions and competitions. This information will not be sold or given to a third party.
- Incard are bound and comply with all relevant company and consumer privacy laws and regulations, including the National Privacy Principles and Information Privacy Principles made under the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth). We will not pass any information provided to us to any 3rd party unless we have the express permission of the provider, or as required by law.

INCARD REWARDS OFFER OF GUARANTEE
If a valid Member makes a purchase at any Incard participating outlet and the offer shown is not honoured, Incard will reimburse the amount equal to the saving listed. To receive your refund, simply retain your receipt and contact the Customer Service Centre on the 1300 telephone number listed in your handbook so that Incard can facilitate your refund.
For an up to date listing of the offers provided, please refer online as any printed offers may be superseded with the offers online.
