Shane Anderson, Company Director

Mr. Anderson is the Founder and the Managing Director of Call Centre Finder. He leads the core team that has driven the company's growth to an emerging discovery-led global BPO consultancy. Mr. Anderson has over 10 years of varied experience in the areas of General Management, O and M, Sales and Marketing, Commercial and Customer Support.

Has worked with large corporate companies and has got diverse work experience in USA, UK and Australia. As a Managing Director, he has been the architect of the company's global generics strategy. He has helped create new platforms of growth for Call Centre Finder and built a diverse, talented and experienced senior management team. Currently he is focused on driving Call Centre Finder growth globally.


Brian Edwards, Director of Business Development

Brian Edwards has over 8 years of direct marketing experience throughout the world as a call centre proprietor, senior marketing executive and consultant. In the course of his career he has provided direct marketing services to a wide variety of businesses involved in business to business and business to consumer activities for major companies in such diverse markets as Australia, Canada, Fiji, México, The Bahamas, The United Kingdom and the United States of America.

Brian has been published in marketing magazines and direct marketing handbooks, and spoken as a guest speaker at industry conferences and seminars throughout the world.
